Conditions For Return

  • The item must be unused and undamaged, with all the original tags and packaging intact.
  • It must not show any signs of wear and alterations.
  • We offer free returns to the US and worldwide for undamaged leather items. If its condition is worse, then it will not be accepted. 
  • You need to show the “order confirmation receipt” when returning.
  • Custom-made orders can’t be returned until and unless massive damage occurs. You need to contact us before wearing or using the item.

Time Frame For Item Return

  • You can return the items within 30 days after receiving the order
  • After 30 days, no return will be accepted.
  • Sale items can’t be returned.
  • You can track your order by the assigned tracking number to stay up-to-date.

Refund Policy 

For the customer’s convenience, we open a timeframe of 30 days so you can exchange or return your ordered item. 

  • Once your return is received, we’ll thoroughly inspect the item.
  • After a complete inspection, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of the refund. 
  • If your returned item is approved, you’ll be refunded using your original mentioned “payment method.”
  • The refund process usually takes 30 – 90 days to complete once approved.

Exchange Policy

At Linux Leather, we apply the same eligibility criteria or conditions to exchange the items. 

  • The item must be unused, and tags must be attached to it.
  • Only the item is exchanged for its color and size in case of a different one. 
  • In exchange, you need to contact “Customer Support” for proper assistance.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once your order has been placed, you can cancel it within 24 hours for a full refund. 
  • After 24 hours, you can’t be able to cancel the order because of the packaging and shipping processes. 
  • To save you from any hazard, we recommend you contact our “Chat Support” or “Customer Support” as soon as possible.
